fishing - Chapman Creek - Sunshine Coast BC

can i catch fish at the mouth of chapman creek or in the creek without a boat or anywhere for that reason. I have a 20 ft boat but am afraid costs of ferrying and driving outway the usage. I am an experienced salmon steelhead sturgeon and surf- perch fisherman.I will be in sechelt on the 16th of june. Do i really need a boat?

no fish up here

there are no fish up here.nope...none at all. seriously, you can fish from the mouth of the creek. i suggest heading south west towards Port Talischen. some nice coho, norther coho and spring. bonny brook has been good this past run as well. a boat is not necessary during fall salmon run. shhhhh....don't tell anyone else 'bout our lil coast secret.
