Cross-Trainers Health & Fitness Club is a state of the art facility staffed with fully certified instructors who are enthusiastic about helping you meet your fitness goals and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

The facility's open floor plan and 20 foot high ceilings provide the space for a wide range of free weights, progressive resistance equipment, cardio equipment, a circuit training area and a dedicated floor for stretching and abdominal work. Facilities include Men's and Ladies washrooms, change rooms, showers and lockers.
